I help women in their 40’s nourish their body well and become more body confident without having to jump through hoops to do it (no crazy high amounts of protein, macro counting and hours of meal prep required)!

You and I can work on this together in three different ways:

One to One Coaching

If you want coaching tailored to your specific experiences and needs, this coaching experience will give you the individualized attention you are looking for.

We will start with a 75 minute consultation session where I will gather information about your current and past experiences with food, your body, and movement and clearly define where you want to be.

Through our twice a month coaching sessions we will work on mindset, unlearning beliefs about food and your body that are keeping you stuck, understanding body changes that come with perimenopause and aging, learning what nutrition information actually matters, helping you determine what is the best way to eat for YOU, strategies that help you improve your body image, exploring what kind of movement is best for you in this stage of life and more.

You will also receive Voxer support in between sessions (text and audio messaging app) so that we can process what you are experiencing in between sessions together.

Packages are 4 months at $800/month or 6 months at $750/month

Group Coaching

Women have a unique ability to inspire and empower one another. 

And when women inspire one another to expand instead of shrink themselves, the life results are incredible.

This is why I created a group coaching program is because the results are faster and incredible when this work is done in community.

I keep these groups very small and intimate with each group having 4-6 women in it. Over 8 weeks I will lead you through the 4 steps that I have found to be essential for a women to take to feel whole-self healthy.

This group will transform the way you look at food, your body and your health and has the potential for you to develop relationships that will last you well beyond the 8 week group (some women from my groups are still meeting socially years and years later)!

Enrollment opens only 2 times a year. If you are interested in the group and enrollment is not open, please get on the waiting list as I may be able to fill the group from the waiting list without opening enrollment publicly.

2 Hour Intensive

You are picking up what I am putting down, but you aren’t sure you need multiple sessions? This intensive might be exactly what you are looking for.

An intensive can be helpful for you to get a professionals eyes on your current nutritional health and get recommendations.

This session can also be helpful if you have a specific nutrition or body image matter that you want to tackle.

Either way, I will spend the first hour plus gathering information about your current and past experiences with food, your body, and movement and get a good understanding of your pain points and where you want to be.

I will then provide you an overall consult and recommendations.

Cost is $500, you can use the button below to schedule an intensive - please leave up to 2.5 hours in your schedule should we need it.

*Cost of a 2 hour intensive can be a applied to a 1:1 Coaching package should you decide you want more than you originally thought!

I wanted to stop hating myself, beating myself up in regards to weight, diet, etc. I wanted help realizing that I am healthy and should love myself the way I am. I did want to lose weight, but eventually came to realize that it was way more than just losing weight. It was about accepting and being comfortable where I was as a healthy 41 year old.

In just a short amount of time, this program really helped me start to enjoy things more than I was allowing myself. I learned not to restrict myself all of the time and allow myself the joys of certain foods that I was avoiding for fear of ‘gaining weight’. In the past, I would punish myself the next day with vigorous exercise and self-shaming. I have really learned to let go of some of these behaviors that were instilled years and years ago. As for my body image, I think Megan really opened my eyes to the things that were harming my body image.

I have already recommended this program to many of my friends. It truly is amazing but also heartbreaking to know how many females in my life suffer from the same issues regarding societal pressure to look a certain way a woman. I have already shared with friends how this has really changed my life for the better. I have and would recommend this program to anyone who experiences self-degrading, loathing, feelings regarding his/her body and wants to feel happy and content in his/her own skin.
